BOO! It's officially fall, ya'll! Bust out the boots and sweaters and prepare for one heck of an autumn experience. Let's ditch those daunting to-do's and soak up the colors, flavors, and crisp air that naturally surrounds us. We've harvested some ideas to help keep wellness and FUN-ness at the forefront this spooky season. Locate a nearby pumpkin patch (or two) and head out! Nothing screams soul-warming adventure quite like a stroll around the patch or maze. If that's not quite your "thing", how about an easygoing hike? Whether a trail, park, or straight-up mountain, some time with nature is bound to foster bountiful memories.
Let's not forget about fall produce! Fresh-picked corn, squash, apples and pears will make great additions to your meals (especially when sourced from hometown crops). Finally, you'll need some fresh-squeezed fuel for your adventures, so stock up on easy treats to toss in your satchel.
